 Services Include 


LOLER Examinations
Thorough examinations of lifting equipment in accordance with the statutory requirements of the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (SI 1998/2307). This includes cranes, forklift trucks, boat hoists, slings, shackles, lifting beams, excavator attachments and more.
Common sites include sawmills, boatyards, farms, quarries and commercial premises.

PUWER Inspections
Safety-focused assessments of work equipment in line with the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (SI 1998/2306). Typically applies to powered machinery such as excavators and similar plant used in construction, agriculture and forestry.

PSSR Compliance
Statutory examinations of pressure systems — such as air receivers and compressors — to ensure compliance with the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000 (SI 2000/128).

LEV Thorough Examinations (COSHH)
Testing of local exhaust ventilation systems as required under Regulation 9 of the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 (SI 2002/2677). Common examples include dust and fume extraction in joinery workshops, GRP moulding, metal fabrication shops, paint spray areas and related environments.

Proof Load Testing
Load testing of new, modified or repaired lifting accessories and equipment to confirm safe working loads and regulatory compliance before being placed into service.

Structural NDT
Visual and non-destructive testing of lifting points, structural steelwork and load-bearing components — often undertaken before re-commissioning or as part of integrity assessments in safety-critical environments.
